As Christians, we are implored to pray without ceasing. But for some, prayer does not come easy because they do not know what to pray. The Bible tells us that God exalts His Word above His name and that the word of God is the sword of the spirit. Jesus also made the enemy flee when he quoted scripture. This tells us two things: God will respond to us when we pray using His word; There is power and authority in scripture.
