Born and raised in Covington, Louisiana, Courtni Booker knew at an early age that she was destined to pursue a career that would allow her to be of service and a resource to others.

Her passion for serving others is what led her to pursue a career in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration; both with concentrations in Human Resource Management. She previously held a Professional in Human Resources certification granted by the Society for Human Resource Management.

As a Senior Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in corporate settings, Courtni has experienced and witnessed many instances of workplace warfare.

Due to her robust knowledge of federal and state employment laws, corporate policies, and personal experiences, she is often sought out by others to counsel, coach, and pray for them through their workplace warfare. Courtni currently works and resides in the Houston, Texas area.
